Below are some “Highlights” of these “Protective Covenants”:
- Single Family residences only
- Minimum of 2,500 sq. ft. of living space
- Minimum of 240 sq. ft. of brick, stone of stucco at front elevations
- No more than 4 car garages
- All back fill and grading to be complete within one year from start of construction
- No trailers, mobile homes, tents barns or outbuildings
- No basements or garages to be used as a residence
- All off street parking
- No dumping on any lot
- All garbage and trash shall not be visible from the street
- No fences, trees etc. that would obstruct sight lines for vehicular traffic
- No satellite dishes in excess if 22” in diameter
- No vehicles not registered, inspected or operable may be kept on the premises
- No animals or livestock to be maintained on a commercial basis
- No clotheslines, hunting or trapping
